Are you searching for sacramental or cemetery
records?
CURRENT SACRAMENTAL RECORDS: If you
are in need of a copy of a baptismal, first communion or confirmation
record for yourself or your child, please send your full name (and/or
your child's full name), birth date, and parents' full names along with
a suggested donation of five dollars each to the attention of our parish
secretary, Ms. Lucy Deras (see the address at the top of this page).
HISTORICAL SACRAMENTAL RECORDS:
If you wish to obtain copies of a baptismal, first communion or
confirmation records for genealogical purposes (i.e., you are searching
your family history), please send as much information as is possible
about the individuals you are researching (i.e., the full names of each
individual, their birth dates, the dates of the sacraments received (if
known), and their parents' full names (if known). There is a
required fee of ten dollars for each individual genealogical record for
which we are asked to search. Please send inquiries to the
attention of our parish secretary, Ms. Lucy Deras (see the address at
the top of this page). We can make no guarantee that the records
will be found as requested, and we need to inform you that such searches
cannot be done immediately. These searches are done on a "first
come, first serve" basis and can only be done when we have the time and
the personnel available to complete them. Please include your
address and phone number so that we can mail you the requested
historical records and/or call you if there is a need for more
information.
CEMETERY RECORDS: Our parish
cemeteries (Most Holy Trinity Cemetery, Brooklyn, NY and
Trinity Cemetery, Amityville, Long Island, NY) are now under the
care of Catholic Cemeteries of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn.

maintain any burial or cemetery records in our parish office.
